Before this update, if a colleague needed to send a reorder email after scanning a Kanban QR code, they had to switch to a personal device or find another way to send it. That's an unnecessary extra step - especially on a busy shop floor.

Now, your team members can send reorder emails directly from GembaDocs when they scan a QR code. No personal device needed. No extra steps.

Cleaner QR codes with shortened URLs

Long ordering URLs were creating dense, complex QR codes that were harder to scan reliably. GembaDocs now automatically shortens those URLs, so every QR code stays clean and easy to read - whether it's printed on a card, a label, or a poster.
