How do I bulk import and print Kanbans?

You can now bulk import Kanban cards into GembaDocs, which saves you a lot of time rather than having to add them individually!

To do this:

• Select the 3 dots on your Kanban dashboard for "More Options"
• Select "Bulk Import Kanbans"
• Upload file following the instructions on the bottom of the page which guide you on how to format
• Select save (it may take a few moments to import depending on how many Kanbans)
• Imported Kanbans should now be displayed on your dashboard

You can also bulk print Kanban cards. To do this:

• Select the 3 dots on your Kanban dashboard for "More Options"
• Select "Bulk Print Kanbans"
• Tick the Kanbans you want to print
• Select the kind of Kanban card you want to print at the bottom of the page
• Select view or print PDF
• You should now see a PDF of the Kanbans you are wanting to print
• Lastly, print!
