How to Turn On Your GembaDocs Skills Module 30-Day Free Trial

The GembaDocs Skills Module allows you to track employee competencies, manage training records, and gain clear visibility of skill coverage across your organization. You can activate a 30-day free trial directly from your account settings.
To enable the free trial, you must be logged in as an Admin user. If you do not have Admin access, you will not see the option to activate the module.
First, log in to your GembaDocs account using your Admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the top menu and click on Settings. This will open the Settings page.
On the left-hand side menu, select Skills Module. You will see a screen similar to the one shown above, with a toggle switch for the Skills Module.
To activate your 30-day free trial, simply switch the Skills Module toggle to “On.” After turning it on, click Save to confirm the change.
Once saved, the Skills Module will be active immediately, and your 30-day free trial period will begin. You can then start setting up skills, assigning them to users, and tracking competency levels across your team.
If you do not see the toggle option, confirm that you are logged in as an Admin or contact your account owner for access.
