How to document complex processes

Our customers document some seriously complicated processes in GembaDocs!
As a general rule, we would always recommend to keep to less than 50 and you can break the SOP into "phases". This is just to make managing the SOPs lighter and easier, rather than having a 100+ step monster, which clients have done in the past!
If you have common sub processes that are used in multiple SOPs, they can also be linked, using our link SOP function. This saves time repeating yourself and also if you need to make a change, you only have to do it once, rather than trying to find that sub-process across multiple SOPs.
