How to use the GembaDocs Video SOP Chrome Extension

The GembaDocs Chrome Extension is the fastest, easiest way to capture your on-screen processes as step-by-step SOPs. It's quick, intuitive and simple to use!
Follow these steps to get started:
- Install the GembaDocs Chrome Extension here
- Go to the SOP dashboard (you can also click the extension icon directly)
- Select "Create new", then choose "Video SOP"
- Select "Use Video SOP Chrome Plugin"
- Choose your microphone source so that we can pick up your voice
- Choose to record entire screen or window
- When the recording begins, just talk through your process as if there was someone sitting beside you
- when your finished just hit "Stop", then the video will upload and be processed
- You can edit step descriptions and timestamps if you wish but it's likely you won't need to!
Important notes:
- It helps the AI if you break it down into steps and say words such as "Next" when moving to the next step (optional). Don't worry about perfect grammar, AI will tidy it up automatically!
- The best part about this feature is that with having the steps well defined, you can easily skip to the parts of the video you need.
- GembaDocs Video SOPs are only available on the desktop version as you need to download the Chrome extension for it to work.
