How to set up the document approval process in GembaDocs

The Approval Process feature enables you to prevent documents from going live until they have been approved by the appropriate personnel.
When set up, approvers received notifications and emails advising them that a document requires assessment for approval / rejection. This feature is essential for organisations operating a formal Quality System.
