How to set up and use the tracking feature

The tracking features enables you to track and record who is executing an SOP and when, and allows them to record that they complied or had any issues. The feature also allows you to input a serial / batch no to make it traceable.

The data is stored in GembaDocs and can be exported by excel.


Logged in Admins, can enable the feature from Settings / Others / SOP tracking - enable.


SOP execution can be tracked from the "3 dots" of the SOP on the Dashboard list - Start Tracking.


Exports can be made from the "Tracking History" tab in the top menu of the web version.
