Checklist SOPs are built for regular checks, inspections, and any repeatable process on your factory floor.

If a colleague needs to confirm a task was done right, a checklist SOP gives them a clear way to prove it.

Running a checklist SOP on mobile

  1. Go to SOP > Track / Audit
  2. Add a batch number, serial number, or operator name if the team mate completing the check isn't the one logged into the app
  3. Hit Start

Each checklist can include:

  • Mandatory pass-fail steps
  • Comments
  • Images
  • Variable data through different input types

The goal is simple. Every checklist answers one question: did the process comply with the SOP, and did it pass or fail?

Once complete, you can share the audit in a number of ways.

Creating a checklist SOP

  1. Open any SOP in edit mode
  2. Select Checklist SOP
  3. Add checklist points using form fields such as:
  • Numbers
  • Drop-downs
  • Checkboxes
  • Text
  • Photos
  • Pass-fail fields

    Setting reminders and tracking

Under Advanced options, select Track task to keep checks on schedule.

Choose your frequency: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever fits your process
    Set reminders
    Choose who gets notified

You can also turn on failure notifications, so the right people know the moment something doesn't pass.

For a visual way to manage tasks on the floor, use the red and green visual management cards. Any team mate can see task status at a glance.

    Finding your audit history

Every tracked task gets stored in your audit history. Your team can access this through the web app and export it for reporting whenever it's needed.
