How to add training associates to the GembaDocs Skills Module

  1. First, ensure you have a GembaDocs Skills module subscription. If you are an admin of an account, go to your Skills tab.
  2. Locate the Training Associates tab next to your Skills tab.
  3. Add Training Associates by clicking the designated button.
  4. In the pop-up, fill in the fields for each Training Associate.
  5. Upload photographs to make the Skills Matrix more engaging.
  6. Add tags and populate the Skills Matrix properly to help filter Training Associates effectively.
  7. Add Training Associates to the Skills Matrix one by one.
  8. You can upload a list, allowing you to upload thousands if you like.
  9. Download the sample CSV file, which contains the same content as seen in the pop-up.
  10. Populate the CSV file and upload the list by dragging it into the designated area.
  11. This will populate your Training Associates. The process is simple.
  12. You can access a bulk upload when you're in the Training Matrix.
  13. If you're editing a matrix and want to add a Training Associate, a similar pop-up appears, allowing you to upload a list from this point in the user journey.
